After a few years on the east coast of Australia, the move back to the Adelaide Hills in January 2018 provided Adrian Battiston, Kate Brew and their four children the opportunity to re-connect with the Adelaide Hills and paved the way to new opportunities.   

Nether Hill Farm has allowed the creative duo to combine their love of the Adelaide Hills while allowing them to share this unique venue space and wedding destination.  

Kate continues to design and sell her bespoke design pieces through their business One Fat Emu, but also uses her creative skills to help clients design the perfect event. 

The farm shop and studio are open at designated times  to showcase their wares and Kate hosts various workshops throughout the year.

Nether Hill Farm is one of South Australia's oldest farms and gardens, dating back to the 1800's.   

The stone homestead, framed by majestic trees and rambling gardens takes a prized position, with wonderful views across  Kenton Valley.

'The Pavilion', covered patio, overlooks the garden for a more informal occasion and can be used for pre-dinner drinks or a great wet-weather option. 

'The Packing Shed,' with its raw warehouse feel, concrete floors and vintage seating is perfect for  for up to 120 guests.  This flexible space can be styled for a formal or informal occasion.
